However, developers who are new to open source may not know the best ways to find opportunities that are ideal for newcomers. It would be nice to see someone give a presentation that shows how to get started in open source by finding an opportunity, getting their system configured to work in that capacity, and actually apply some coding changes and submit them.

Twitning Talks: Each talk should consist of 10 slides with 10 seconds per slide. It'll be like a twitter version of a normal presentation!

This session would cover the WeakEvent class which uses weak references to allow for subscribing to events "weakly" so that the event subscription will not keep the subscriber from being collected by the GarbageCollector. Full code will be available on my blog.
